      I really wasn't shopping for this item but it caught my eye at the local REI & I decided to give it a try as biking wear. I have now worn it for lots of miles and am extremely pleased with it. It breaths perfectly! I can do a fast 51 mile trip around the Lake in sunny weather and still feel fresh and dry. It simply wicks water away from your skin like a hoover vacuum cleaner! Better yet, it doesn't bind or catch and stretches in all the right places as you pedal up and down the hills. I'm a large guy so its hard to find cycling clothing that fits me well and works like you expect it to but this shirt does. Sure, it could have some nice stretchy back pockets; front pockets; and a half front zipper but that won't stop me from buying some more of these unless REI uses the same material to make a similar biking jersey.

      Shirt fits well and no rubbing even on 20 milers. Plain styling but great shirt around town, hanging out or running. Always in my suitcase for travel.

        I first bought this style of shirt in 2008 and loved it. It had a great fit and was excellent for working out in with excellent drying and wicking. I bought 2 online in 2009 and they changed the sizing and material. It looks like they increased the amount of "spandex" from 6 to 8% and it made all the difference for the worse. The fit was too small and too tight. Please bring back the previous shirt that I love...I'm wearing it out.
