The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

I just bought these in the store this afternoon and LOVE them. They fit perfectly and allow for total freedom of movement. I am 5'2 106 lbs and usually wear a size 3 or 4, and a small fit me like a glove. I am looking forward to wearing these while running, walking, and hopefully they will hold up for rock climbing. I compared these with a similar looking Nike version and liked the material and the way these felt much better.

I will start off by saying that it was my fault I didn't buy a petite size. I'm 5'1" and they didn't have my size in petite so I figured I wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Wrong. In order to keep these from sliding down my butt, I have to keep the legs pulled up where they're supposed to be, otherwise, gravity is tricky. This is probably my long torso/short leg combination working against me - my fault.
These things hold up well though! I was running a few weekends ago and completely wiped out. My palms and knees were scraped up, bruised on my stomach, mud all up one side. But even though my knees were all scraped, my tights were completely intact! No holes in the knees! Remarkable. After a good wash to get the mud off, they look like nothing had ever happened, no scuffs, no fuzz - nothing! This girl is very impressed.

I'm 5'4" 120lbs and in retail clothing am somewhere between a 2 and a 4 pants. I bought a small, despite reviews that these seem to be tight.
I love 'em. They don't have a draw string to mess with, and they hold all those jiggly parts firmly in place (you know, the ones you can't ever lose). There's even a pocket.
I might try a medium, but I'm wavering -- why mess with a good thing, right?

In regards to the size, I would say a size "M" is like a 6-8. I love the zippered pocket on the back, the reflective details (great for cycling) and mesh panels behind the knees (great when running). This capri is very versatile: keeps me cool and comfortable whether I am working out outdoors/indoors or hot/cold temps.
