Warm at last! I am a cold sleeper - the type that keeps their bag zipped up all summer long. But with this bag I don't have to do that! Even in 25-30 degree nighttime temps I was still able to leave the bag partially unzipped. It's so great to finally be warm.

I am a 6' tall woman and this bag is just long enough for me. After shopping around I found that this is one of the few women's bags that actually comes in a long size. Taller women may have to get the men's version (which is actually cheaper).

As with all mummy bags, this is not designed to be roomy. Also, it takes some patience to get in and out if you zip it all the way up and use all the cinches. If you like to sleep with your feet apart or you get claustrophobic if you can't get out of your bag easily, this might not be the one for you.

I purchased a medium Thermarest compressible pillow to use with this bag and it works great. The pillow fits right inside the mummy hood so you never have to worry about sliding off your pillow during the night.

I do have a couple of small gripes with this bag. First, the zipper tends to catch easily - very annoying if you need to make an urgent midnight bathroom run. Second, the design of the bag makes it difficult to sleep on your side in cold weather when all of the cinches are tightened. The bag does not roll with you so you end up with your face covered (it's fine if the bag is unzipped a few inches at the top though).

For me, finally being warm more than makes up for these flaws. Also, after comparing to the competition, I found that the price and reviews for this bag can't be beat. I plan to use it for many years to come.
