    I use these arm warmers when running outdoors in the winter months. They ARE perfect for layering. They keep me warm and yet still allow for my skin to breath. I wore these during several winter half marathons and they worked perfectly. My skin easily schaffs, therefore I always use bodyglide under the top of these sleeves to prevent rubbing.
