      Once you accept that these boots have NO - that's zero - ankle support and are NOT intended for heavy cross-country use, you will love 'em for what they are: the warmest, lightest bootsies for your tootsies. Very nice after you take off your big ol' lug soled hikers or your fancy cleated bikers. Boots for hot chocolate and a fireplace, not up and down the mountain. To be worn with, say, light-weight wool REI sox.

        This is a very cute, lightweight and comfortable boot. It's not your typical clunky winter boot. It is a little narrow compared to other winter boots but that works well for me. I love this boot but it does have a strong order which I am assuming is the chemical used to make it waterproof. I'm hoping the odor fades but after 3 weeks sitting in the garage, they still have a strong odor. Other than that...they are great.

          The picture of these boots can be misleading. These boots are too loose around the ankles and don't feel secure. The material is soft like a puffy water resistant jacket. The toe of the boot is too pointy, it looks like a ski boot. Not my style. They were very warm, but I just had to send them back.

            I bought these boots in a green color last winter and have never looked back. They are amazingly comfortable and warm. It makes trudging through the snow a joy because you know your feet will be warm and dry when you get to the other side. I live in an area that has extreme mountain winters with anything from gusty winds to feet of snow and these boots have not let me down. I love, love, love them and they fashionable too. I get compliments all the time. I like to tuck my pants into them for extra warmth and dryness protection. I would highly recommend these for anyone who lives where it snows a considerable about or where temperatures plummet in the fall and winter.

              I wear my boots to commute, it's the perfect pair! warm, waterproof(step in one big puddle of snow/rain mix, my feet stayed dry!) it's very light, yet provides enough padding. Also has good traction, definitely fits my purpose for day to day wear!I've already recommended to everyone around me and got my friends to order these as well!
