Comments about Novara Tempest Bike Jacket - Men's:
Riding in no rain conditions between 30 to 40 degrees. Great fit you can layer freely not really worried about being to bulky.

Comments about Novara Tempest Bike Jacket - Men's:
The photo looks mediocre. But, once you get the jacket...you turn from a toad to Prince Charming.
Serious, this jacket has some awesome materials.
Looks 20 times better in person VS the photo (well, maybe 10 times better but that's still very good!).
I love it!

Comments about Novara Tempest Bike Jacket - Men's:
This is an excellent jacket. It fits a bit looser than a jersey but not as loose as some of the other jackets I've tried. Sleeves are long to accommodate reaching forward for the bars. I am a big guy (I normally wear a XXL club fit jersey) compared to most cyclists and the XL fit me fine, so they may run a bit large for the average waify cyclist types (like the guys that beat me up hills every weekend). I was comfortable (a bit chilled standing there but fine once I was pedaling) when we rolled out at around 38 degrees. Once the temp got into the 60's I unzipped the front and was still comfortable.

Comments about Novara Tempest Bike Jacket - Men's:
This jacket is pretty special. I think I would be willing to say that it is my single most important piece of cycling clothing. (at least in the winter) It does an incredible job at blocking cold wind from the front, and then letting the heat out in the back with all it's mesh panels. In anything from around 30 deg. - 45 deg I can wear this jacket with a long sleeve baselayer underneath and maintain my core temperature very well.
There are some great little features like the stretchy material in the wrists, small pocket on the shoulder for a key or gel pack, and a waterproof panel in the bottom back for spray off the rear wheel.
The only thing I would say that I don't about this jacket is that the sizing was a little tricky. A medium fit my body best, but the arms were too long. I ended up with a small which is good in the arms, but a little snug in the chest & neck area. I suppose everyone's body is different though.
Bottom line: You will NOT regret getting this jacket and it is well worth the money.
