The jacket has a nice design and isn't restrictive and I thought with the 800 fill count it would be great for outdoor activities. I am very active and need a very warm and light jacket,but this one isn't much better than a sweater. I do have a tendency to be colder than your average person, but I was cold walking around in the house which was 55 degrees. Don't get this one as your primary jacket unless you live in southern Arizona.
