The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Omron Pocket Pedometer:
Works amazingly well, so easy to use and easy to carry around. Can be worn on a belt or carried in a pocket with equal results. Worth every penny.

Comments about Omron Pocket Pedometer:
I have used several pedometers with limited success, this one is accurate and has the features I need. I have it in my pocket all day long. The aerobic steps feature is very nice.

Comments about Omron Pocket Pedometer:
I owned a previous model that kept coming undone from my belt. It fell several times without breaking or malfunctioning. It finally fell off and wasn't recovered. This model is not only slimmer and smaller but comes with a great lanyard to keep it from falling completely off. I love the features including the seven day memory and the calorie counter for strides. I would purchase this pedometer in the future.

Comments about Omron Pocket Pedometer:
This Omron Pedometer is worth the extra[$], mainly because it is accurate under a wide variety of conditions. I used it daily for a month-long walk-a-thon at work and was especially happy with the seven-day memory and "reset at midnight" functions. This is the pedometer to get for daily use when you don't want to be continually thinking about the pedometer. The only downside is that it under reports your steps when running. But otherwise it is very accurate whether it is in your shirt pocket, pants pocket or on your belt. I've bought two more as gifts. Be aware that this pedometer is a "smart" pedometer, so don't panic when it doesn't display every step as you take it... the pedometer is busy deciding whether it's a real step or not based on your typical motions. This is particularly nice if you are sitting in the car... won't count bumps, starts, or stops as steps.

I use this product to see how far I walk each day. It is amazing to see the miles add up everyday. Easy to use and so compact to fit in your pocket. Easy to use buttons and sleek design. Highly recommend.

Comments about Omron Pocket Pedometer:
This is my second try at using a ped. and this one is a winner. I wear it from getting up to retiring and keep it on the night stand :) Did I say I love it? It helps me at work to make sure I really am getting in enough walking and it can be used with casual to dressy clothes. My husband's health is poor and he has lost sight of how long he sits in front of the TV so he has agreed to use a ped. to get a visual of just what he is doing. Another Omron is coming home! Thanks REI for your help.

Comments about Omron Pocket Pedometer:
While trail running, this unit accidentally dropped into a stream we were jumping across, but did not realize the drop, right away. A couple of minutes later we "fished" it out and it still runs, even after 1000 + miles.

Comments about Omron Pocket Pedometer:
I had a model that used accelerometer technology but it was a waist model without a clip and was eventually lost. I slip this model in my pocket every morning and forget about it. It helps me maintain my 10000 steps a day routine. Once the stride is set it is very accurate. I never leave home without it. The lanyard and clip make sure it never gets lost.

Comments about Omron Pocket Pedometer:
I bought this unit for my girlfriend so she could keep track of the mileage she walks at work and on campus. She loves it and raves about how nice it is 'not having a stupid square thing clipped to my belt'.
We have used it for around 2 months with no issues.

Comments about Omron Pocket Pedometer:
Received as a gift and I love this pedometer! Its amazing how many miles one racks up during the day just doing errands etc. I like to see what I've done and for the day and supplement at the end of the day to try to reach 5 miles. I can think of several people who will be receiving this as gifts!
