I have used this for both training and use during the Susan G. Komen 3 Day for the past 5 years.

It works great on feet and other friction areas.

I apply very liberal amounts both before and during walking. It has really helped me be blister free. I learned early that distances more than 5 miles I need Bodyglide for comfort from compression shorts causing different friction points applied before.

Use anywhere chafing or blistering may occur. We coat our feet with this during long training sessions or when we may be exposing our feet to water during adventure races. No blisters EVER when using this product combined with quality socks and shoes.

My 18 year old son used this in the Solomon Islands while helping out in a school there. Those humid conditions are harsh on skin, this product really helped avoid chafing.

I don't really have any issues with chaffing but I came across this product by chance and decided to try it to save my spray-tan from rubbing off of my skin unevenly (due to friction between skin and socks, sports bra,etc.) when I go running. It works amazngly well and my tan is still perfect even after a 6 mile run in 100 degree heat!

My husband is a High School baseball/basketball official plus outdoor enthusiast. He perspires alot. He was always having chafing between his legs making him raw and sore. This product was recommended by a outdoor adventure store. He had tried all different products and recommendations to no avail. This product has literally made his active life pain free in those areas. He has had no problems since using this product. Would strongly recommend to anyone with this problem. This stuff is fantastic. I used to get bad chafing on my thighs when I ran, sometimes so bad I wold have to stop. I now use bodyglide whenever I run, bike or hike and I've never had a problem with chafing.

This product comes in a stick like deodorant. Once I started rubbing Body Glide liberally on the balls of my feet, toes, and all around my heel, I have been able to hike 10+ miles in total comfort. I used to get really hot spots on the balls of my feet after extended hikes that would make walking painful.

I also use a lightweight sock liner and the REI/Wigwam Marino wool socks.

The small 0.45 oz stick is perfect for throwing in your pack for mid-day reapplication, but you'll want the larger sizes at home or in your car since you can go through the small size quite quickly.

I've also heard it is great to reduce dry suit neck irritation, but I haven't been diving in a while to try it out :-(.
