I bought a two of these and they were both very hard to get on to the tube the first time. I almost gave up and brought them back. Part of the reason is probably because while in the packaging, the foam gets crimped. You can see in the photo where this happens. Even when I got past those spots there was still other trouble. Also, the mouth pievce cover must be too small and pince the mouth piece, because it tends to fill with water, which when you open it gets on you or gets wasted. It's okay overall, but far from perfect.

Bought this to go with my Platypus Big Zip Reservior (which I love). The insulation is way too thick and not very flexible. The cover for the mouth piece did not fit well and reduced the flow rate. Bought the CamelBak Antidote Insulated Drinking Tube instead and I love it.
