The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about REI TSA Mini Padlock - Package of 2:
Used these along with a cable lock for our backpacks. On a shady bus ferry in thailand, our packs were broken into with these locks on them. You can just pull them really hard and they open (when locked) without any tools. Don't waste your time.

Comments about REI TSA Mini Padlock - Package of 2:
I bought these locks to go with the REI luggage I purchased. Since I was planning to check the luggage, I thought it would be a good idea to lock it, to prevent it from opening accidentally in transit. I lost both locks, one on the first trip and one on the return trip. After I lost the first one, I made sure that the second one was secured, but it didn't do any good.

Comments about REI TSA Mini Padlock - Package of 2:
These locks have a bad rep on the site. They are not heavy duty by any means and yes I am sure they can be broken into. However, they are tiny and lightweight, what do you expect? I think they are strong for their size.
If you are storing high value items, in a high theft area, in a public locker, look elsewhere.
If all you need is a lock to deter someone from zipping open your bag or keep something shut while travelling they are great. I used these for travel and at the gym for locking a locker where I was not very worried about anyone trying to break into it.
I thought they were perfect for reassuring me no one unzipped my bag if I threw it under a bus etc.
