The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about REI Comfort Cot:
This cot seems very well made. The legs adjust, the head section adjusts up. It folds away as you'd expect. Pretty comfortable, too.
I'll use it in my primitive mountain cabin or as a spare guest bunk at home.

Comments about REI Comfort Cot:
Use this product for camping out doors in conjunction with bike racing and triathlon so a goods night sleep is paramount. I set it up in my front room of the house to check it out prior to outdoor use and it is so comfortable. If I were a bachelor it would be a permanent piece of household furniture.
Sets up quickly and easily.

I used this when i needed an extra place to sleep in my house. Next weekend will be the first outdoor use and I'm looking forward to it. Very comfortable and easily adjustable. We will see about durability after this Tri season!

Comments about REI Comfort Cot:
Alright, so I seriously did my homework when cot shopping. I looked at EVERY cot I could find over the course of this past winter, i've read all the reviews, and pulled the trigger and bought 2 of these straight up.
Trust me, you will not find another cot out there that is as cool as these cots. Not yet anyway, these are the best. They can be adjusted in so many different ways to make not only sleeping better, but lounging as well.
They are very comfortable, plenty of room to roll around in at night if you toss and turn alot. Legs are adjustable, the feet are tent friendly (which this is the only cot with this feature), and 2 of these cots fit inside a Kingdom 4 no problem with plenty of room to spare.
I don't know why no one has uploaded any pictures of this cot here for others to get a visual but I will. (See attached).
The ONLY things I would ever ask for REI to improve on is the aluminum leg extensions could feel stronger or be made of a more durable material. I know they did this to conserve on weight, but if anything were to break, I would say it would be these pieces.
Also, REI if your listening, if there is any way to make it more compact, that would be a huge benefit. Anything 30"x30+" isn't compact. (It's not even a huge deal, but like I said, that could be improved a little I think).
Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable, trouble free, camp cot look no further. Buy it!

Comments about REI Comfort Cot:
I love the comfort of this cot! I had one had to get one for my wife so that we would not fight over it. We use them with the Kindom 6 tent. The cots make it easier to store gear under them to use less space in the tent. They are heavy and bulky so it is for car camping or when you have guest over and need an extra bed. I would recomend these to any one looking for comfort & stablilty.

Comments about REI Comfort Cot:
I am not a regular camper. So I just started with car camping. I bought this bed because of the fact you can adjust each leg independently.
I took my fist camping trip 2 weeks ago. (car camping) I have a 9x7 tent This bed fit just right and it was really really comfortable.
It does not need pad.

Comments about REI Comfort Cot:
I purchased this product as I do a lot of camping with my Boy Scout Troop and Order of the Arrow Crew. I recently injured my back and find it nigh on impossible to sleep on the ground any more. Used this cot for the first time on the last trip and slept better than ever for two straight nights. Fell right to sleep and slept all the way thru the night without waking once. It was like sleeping on my tempurpedic at home. I would recommend this cot for anyone looking for a comfortable bed away from home.

Comments about REI Comfort Cot:
I bought one of these cots as a gift for my husband, it was so nice we went and bought a second. The contoured bed is padded, providing insulation from the cold air. Each leg adjusts to accommodate uneven ground and keep the bed level. Great after many years of sleeping on the ground!
