Comments about The North Face Cat's Meow +20 Sleeping Bag - Women's Regular:
I'm a cold sleeper, and find that this bag is not always warm enough for me on cold nights - in the low 30F's. But everyone sleep differently, and I am still very happy to have this bag in my pack for late spring through early fall conditions and for times when some water may get on the bag.
While it doesn't have a specific draft tube, like the colder weather down bags tend to, there is still a lot of control over fit around the head for the bag, and the full length zipper allows for adjusting venting and easy in/out access (for those 2am tree-as-bathroom runs). I'm small (5'3", 120lbs), so I find that it has plenty of room for me to turn from side to side, and move around while still cinching up around the neck to keep the warmth in. The hood is not as tightly fitted to help hold in warmth and keep it from escaping out the head as it could be, but it also prevents claustrophobia from sitting in.
It rolls up quickly and easily (folding in half lengthwise and rolling up firmly will make the insulation last longer than just stuffing into the stuff sack), and the stuff sack is appropriately size (not hugely too big, which I find annoying when packing camp in the morning).
Excellent warmer-weather bag for cold sleepers, and general use synthetic bag with enough space to move around in. (Reviewed regular length bag.)

Comments about The North Face Cat's Meow +20 Sleeping Bag - Women's Regular:
I am impressed with the warmth of this bag. It is nice and warm with minimal to almost no air leaks. The hood has just enough room for my Thermarest pillow without being too stuffy around your face. The fleece footbox is a nice touch for those of us with cold toes at night. I used this bag on a 28 degree night and was warm and toasty! The compression sack included works nicely and gets it down to a good pack size. I haven't found anything about this bag that I have not liked. Great product! I recommend it.

Comments about The North Face Cat's Meow +20 Sleeping Bag - Women's Regular:
I love this bag! Got it for all season use and it will work just fine. My favorite features are the chest pocket, vaulted footbox and double zipper so you can vent your feet if they get too warm! I also like the room in the bag-I can roll over if I choose to and I am not a small woman!

Comments about The North Face Cat's Meow +20 Sleeping Bag - Women's Regular:
I live by Lake Superior and this is the only bag that I can comfortably use for 3 seasons out of the year. It's been to the BWCA, canoeing, backpacking and car camping. It's good for minimalists and is comfortable. The only time I don't use it is when there's a blizzard. It's great for a night under the stars or several days/weeks of trekking.

Comments about The North Face Cat's Meow +20 Sleeping Bag - Women's Regular:
I bought this bag in the Men's and Women's for my wife and I.
they have the same listed weight, and are both off. Her's is SIGNIFICANTLY heavier than listed at an astonishing 2 lbs 15.5 ounces!!
that said is is very warm, packable, good quality overall. we don't mind the extra weight as she's a bit of a cold sleeper so any extra insulation is a welcome addition for the price.
hard to believe her bag, being 5 inches shorter weighs nearly 7 ounces more.
Both bags are very comfortable, and work well when wet.
Service and delivery comments:
REI always delivers. you pay for shipping, sometimes quite a bit... but it comes before it's due every time, and the quality of the merchandise is always top rate. no 'box line' stuff here.
REI's Live Help has helped me make several tough decisions, and always been willing to go the extra mile.

Roomy, comfortable, and warmer than I would have guessed. I actually had to un-zip it to cool off a bit and it was in the 40s!
