Comments about Marmot Helium +15 Sleeping Bag - Women's Regular:
I've used this bag about a dozen times in temperatures only down to about 50 degrees, but I'm confident a gal can stay cozy and warm in this bag in much colder conditions. The shape and smaller size conform to a woman's body so all your body heat is trapped nice and close, without any excess space to warm. It does this without making you feel too constricted. I've had trouble with the suffocating cocoon-like nature of mummy bags, but somehow the Helium just feels like a satiny cloud of warmth. If you're a sleep-squirmer, the bag squirms with you... no getting twisted around and waking up lying on the zipper with the hood in your face. The one con with down is, it's water-absorbent. One night I rolled over my water bladder and got the side of the bag drenched, but it dried quick. Remember that a rating of 15 doesn't mean you'll stay cozy down to 15 degrees... 15 is a "survival" number. But that's what long underwear's for. Overall, a great bag for a woman. [...] packs to the size of a football.

Comments about Marmot Helium +15 Sleeping Bag - Women's Regular:
I am a wilderness ranger which means I'm in the woods 4 days a week. I love this bag! It's very light weight, compresses wonderfully and has maintained it's loftyness time and time again. I've had this bag for about 3 years now and it's as good as new. It literally lofts around your body as if someone is blowing air in your bag. This little pocket of air is the secret to keeping you warm. I've used it in temps ranging from 15-55 degrees, 15 being relatively comfortable with the help of my down jacket over me. The only down side is that you don't want to get it wet, which goes with all down bags. You can't beat the warmth to weight ratio of this little gem!
