Comments about Sea To Summit Kitchen Sink:
I don't leave home without this sink! If you are a clean freak, or just someone who likes his dishes/pots/pans clean when you go to use them next, you will love this! It is light, folds down to a little of nothing and is as handy as a pocket on a shirt! Sometimes you have to boil water or filter water to wash your stuff, but this handles the hot as well as the cold water. I just love having a place to wash my stuff even in the middle of nowhere, USA!!! If it would only dry out a little faster, it would be perfect! Getting another one to rinse with...

Comments about Sea To Summit Kitchen Sink:
Great idea for annoying tasks.
When you are changing camps every day packing and
repacking it is a bit of a pain to fit the product into its 'sleeve'.
However, the size, and materials are ideal

Comments about Sea To Summit Kitchen Sink:
I picked one of these up for car camping and backpacking. It packs light and small! I was concerned it would be hard to carry when full, but that's not the case at all.
Pay attention to how it comes out of it's storage bag--it can be tricky to get back in.
Luckily, the steel rim appears to be made out of flexible cable, no worries about bending it permanently.
Best of all, it fits over my head, I'll be pulling it out in the rain to keep my head dry.. A true multi-tasker!

Comments about Sea To Summit Kitchen Sink:
You've heard the expression, "You can take a horse to water but you can't make him drink", well that is a true statement. Many horses will begin to dehydrate before they will drink strange water or even water from home that is in a strange container. I have taught my horses to drink from the Sea to Summit sink and now I have no problem. I recommended it to all my Mounted Search and Rescue friends. It's lightweight and compact. Perfect!!!!!

Comments about Sea To Summit Kitchen Sink:
I requested/received this as a gift several years ago, in preparation for a long hike through Yosemite. Years later, it still looks like new. It slips into its mesh sac easily and packs well (slips onto the outside of my pack quickly), is quite light, and even holds a mini bottle of suds (plenty) and a half sponge. Most importantly, it allows you to wash dishes at any distance from a water source-very environmentally friendly! Not sure I would go back and forth using it for drinking water and soapy dishwater, but at the weight you could easily afford to carry two if that were important to you.

Comments about Sea To Summit Kitchen Sink:
I bring this along on most of my adventures. I bring this along on most of my adventures. Weighs almost nothing, takes up very small amount of space and can be used for clean-up, as a rain catch or as a pre-treated water basin. The handles are strong enough to dip it in a stream and lift out water to be chemically treated. I then use my water filter to pump it into my water bladder (helps kill the taste of the anti-viral chemicals).
I am also planning on taking it on my next high altitude adventure to melt snow. I am betting the black basin would attract enough sun heat to melt snow over several hours.

Comments about Sea To Summit Kitchen Sink:
I took this on a three day trip to a location where there was a 150 ft steep drop down to the river. I was some how able to get most of the water back up to camp in this lil guy. I filtered the water I needed for cooking and drinking and washed dishes. I didn't have any leaking issues. My only complaint (and this is to be expected with this kind of product) is that when the water level is low in the sink it's more likely to tip.
Great product!
