      My podiatrist originally recommended I use Superfeet in my hiking boots to relieve toenail pressure. I had found my toenails going black, even though the hiking boots were large enough. When I purchased new hiking boots, I purchased the Superfeet. Worked well enough to climb Mt Kilimanjaro!

      Subsequently I have developed plantar fascitis in my heal and a neuroma on my other foot. Both these conditions benefit from the arch support and alignment of the Superfeet insert. In order to stay pain free, I now transfer my Superfeet insole from my jogging shoes to my Jazzercise shoes to my hiking boots!

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

        I have a pair of New Balance walking shoes that I really like. They fit very comfortably...for about two hours. Then my arches start to ache.[...] The shoe rep there suggested the Berry Superfeet (medium-to-high volume). She fit them for me and sized them. I immediately noticed a difference. I walked for 4 more hours that day...NO ARCH pain! And the bonus...no lower back pain! I had not equated the lower back pain after two hours of walking, with the arch issue! To my surprise, both issues solved with these amazingly light inserts! Am here online today to buy another pair for my other shoes! :) Worth every penny!

          I wear the blue and green superfeet insoles which are great, but berry is best. I use them in my mary jane work shoes (I'm on my feet walking ALL day), running shoes, and will definitely use them in hiking boots. I have a flat arch and slightly wide foot and these insoles are divine.

            I have a pair of rubber rain boots that are very flexible and squishy in the sole, giving my feet no support when walking. With a pair of Superfeet Berry added to the boots, my feet are now less prone to rolling to the side when walking. My arches feel supported. I was a bit concerned about the "medium to high volume" description of these insoles, but in practice, they do not seem to take up any more room in the boots than a typical insole would. My rain boots were slightly roomy, so these Superfeet assist in fit as well as in comfort and stability. The insoles seem well made.

            I have always had problems getting blisters on my arch when I run less than 3 miles. I tried to purchase the most expensive running shoes out on the market in different sizes and tried different socks but still had this problem. This problem was solved after I tried this insole. Now I can run 5-15 miles without any foot pain! I use other superfeet (green and blue) for all of my hiking and casual shoes. Worth every penny!

                  These are the best insoles I've ever had--even better than my spendy orthotics. I bought a second pair so I could keep one pair in my walking shoes and one pair in my running shoes. They seem to be helping with my plantar fasciitis as well.

                    I've used green in my sneakers and blue in my hockey skates in the past and now I've tried pink in my hiking boots. I love these and I don't know how anyone can walk without Superfeet. I hike miles with comfort.

                      I put these in my Asolo Stynger boots with the hopes of improving the fit and feel of my boots. My Asolo boots have been giving me problems, and I thought the Superfeet could fix the problems so I wouldn't have to go through the expense of new boots.

                      I have very high arches and narrow heels. I was at first very happy about the supportive feel of the insoles on my feet. After about the first hour on the trail, I was ready to rip these insoles out of my boots because they somehow made the fit of my Asolo's much much worse and led to blisters on my heels, under my toenails and on the tips of my toes. I will be returning these not-so-Superfeet this week.
