The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Zamberlan 310 Skill GT Hiking Boots - Women's:
This pair of Italian boots is so comfortable right out of the box. I normally wear a size 7, and ordered my size (for US sizing 7/Euro sizing 39) - it was a perfect match! I compared this brand with Asolo, but the Asolo brand is narrower and half an inch smaller (using size 7 reference).
These boots are warm, but not hot. It has adequate ventilation on the foot bed. By the way, the foot beds are removable and you can always customize it with your own orthotics.
I tried these boots with heavyweight and midweight hiking socks, and with both socks, it gives me about a finger breadth room at the heel (that is when I have the boots unlaced and my feet pushed completely to the toe box. Moreover, the toe box is roomy that it allows me to curl my toes and spread them. However, these boots are best used for day hikes, moderate backpacking and light loads only because it only comes up to mid ankle (with a heavy load, a pair of boots that comes up to the ankle is better). For heavy loads and extended backpacking trips, I would highly recommend the Zamberlan Vioz GT, which comes up to the ankle. Try these boots, and I guarantee that you will love them.

Comments about Zamberlan 310 Skill GT Hiking Boots - Women's:
By far the best looking, most comfortable hiking boot I ever owned. My feet and legs absolutely do not hurt or get tired while hiking or just strolling around in them, no more blue toes!! They even fit my wide feet. No break-in time at all! They are worth every penny. I think I will buy a back-up pair.

Apart from a few jaunts around town, the first time I wore these was on a 2-week, 20-miles-a-day trip to do field geology. They needed no break-in, and my feet felt good at the end of the day! They've done the job ever since. I highly recommend these boots, even though they may be a tad more expensive than some other options out there.

Zamberlan boots are hand-crafted by Italian artisans from the best materials available, and it shows in every aspect of the boots; they are comfortable, supportive, weather resistant, long-lasting in the extreme, and beautiful to wear. I have owned several pair in the past decades and have walked literally thousands of miles on every continent and in just about any condition and terrain imaginable, and I have never worn a better boot. If your only concern is a boot that is light-weight, then you have hundreds of cheap, sweatshop made boots to pick from. But if you want a boot that will give you comfortable wear from day one to day three-thousand plus, then Zamberlan is for you.

I bought these boots months ago, in preparation for a hiking trip in Utah. Well, the trip finally arrived and these boots made my hiking in Zion, Bryce, and Moab sooooo easy. Much to my delight, there was no break-in period. If you are looking for a boot with lots of support and traction, these are the ones for you. Pricey boot, but well worth the money!

Comments about Zamberlan 310 Skill GT Hiking Boots - Women's:
These boots are a godsend! I recently started hiking and bought myself a pair of Vasque boots. While they are somewhat comfortable they still result in blisters and some pain at the top of my feet..always around mile 8 when hiking. Since I was going away to Switzerland I decided those boots weren't going to cut it both because they are only water resistant and because my doubt that they could hold up in the extremely cold weather. I had these Zamberlan boots bookmarked from my original boot search, but the price had dissuaded me the first time around and I had gone with the $119 price Vasques. What a mistake!Well what can I say about these Zamberlans:* Love-love love them!* Comfortable right out of the box and enough room for a good pair of wool socks with liners.* Kept my feet warm at the top of the Gornergrat in Switzerland and all throughout Zermatt.* Have been walking for hours..and NO blisters.* Its been snowing in Switzerland and the ground is a sort of slushy mix. Feet are as dry as can be.* I'm a size ten and when I wear any kind of boot my feet always look huge. For someone reason, maybe the design of the shoe, my feet don't look so big. * Arc support. Well in all fairness i can't speak much to this topic since I have plantar fasciitis and inserts are a must for me in any shoe/boot. But I can tell you that if you too need inserts they will fit just fine.If you are iffy about the price I can only tell you to take the chance like I did. I know [$] is a bit steep but I sit writing this review from Switzerland and me and my happy feet are not regretting the cost.

I love these boots. I bought them months ago to replace some worn out Bean boots. I was hoping they would not be a little bang for a whole lot of bucks. They are wonderful. I had them on yesterday to trek through 6-8 inches of snow to get some winter wonderland shots and they felt like old friends. The Italians know how to design a shoe! These will be in my closet a long time for many more adventures!

Just had ankle surgery, and was recomended to buy hiking boots with a shank. Found these and even though I haven't been able to actually go hiking yet, just trying them on I can feel the difference than my ASOLO boots. Feels like the right amount of stiffness and support that I need. Will try them out on the slopes soon.

Wore them on a steep snowy hike right out of the box and had no problems. Heel is narrow so no slipping and enough room to wiggle toes in the front. Love 'em.

Comments about Zamberlan 310 Skill GT Hiking Boots - Women's:
I love to hike and do so in fairly rugged terrain. After a really serious ankle injury and ankle surgery none of the brands of boots I used to love fit well anymore. I was leery about paying that much for boots I had never used before but I have no regrets. It's taken some time for me to break these in, but that's more about what me easing back into hiking and getting back into shape, nothing to do with the boots. I suspect in the old days I could have worn them all day with no problems. They felt a little heavy at first, but now they just feel supportive. They are worth every penny [...]they are a risk free try--I'll buy Zamberlan from now on. I wish REI carried that brand in trail runners as well.I use the boots for day hikes but hope to get back into multi-day trips.I love how supportive but soft they feel around my ankles. I hiked in the muddy, wet snow in them yesterday and they withstood the mud, snow and cold and my feet stayed warm and dry. Happy Feet!
