Comments about Amphipod Hydraform Handheld Pocket:
Very well designed. Comfortable, allows you to hold onto the bottle without having to consciously grip it. Surprisingly large bottle capacity considering how slim it feels. Pocket holds up to 3 gel packs. Running with a bottle might be slightly distracting if you are a big arm swinger. Water sloshes around more when it is half-full. If these are a big concern, consider the waist belt instead. Overall, I think it works well and would purchase again.

Comments about Amphipod Hydraform Handheld Pocket:
Do not use this product for trail running! You will need both hands for balance. Ok for road running, but the sloshing drives me nuts!

Comments about Amphipod Hydraform Handheld Pocket:
Wow... where to begin...
I have run with every type of bottle and been "fine" with them all, minus the fact that I grow incredibly sick of carrying them by the end of most runs. That was until I used this bottle. I never really thought I'd say this about a random accessory, but this bottle is AMAZING. Whether I am out for a day hike or on a 50 miler trail race, I have NEVER once gotten annoyed (or even noticed) this bottle. It wicks away almost everything, is SUPER comfortable, and hold just enough where I never feel like I am carrying arm weights.
Obviously, I highly recommend this bottle.

Comments about Amphipod Hydraform Handheld Pocket:
I was totally against handheld water bottles until I bought the Amphipod. I really can't stand how conventional bottles fit in my hand, they are very uncomfortable. But with Amphipod's flat body, your hand just cups the bottle and is not a burden to cary. This is great for trail runs, and road running. I have not had a problem with balance on rough terrain. I can't really complain much about the pouch. This is a minnimalist bottle. I wish the pouch was a bit bigger and had a key holder sewn in. I can hold 2 big jel packs in the pouch. The mouth of the bottles is nice and wide, great for adding ice or mixing powder drinks. Overall its the best on the market

Comments about Amphipod Hydraform Handheld Pocket:
Love this system! Has a nice pocket to store a very small cell, your key or a gel. I like the shape of the bottle better than the Ultimate Direction system because of the bottle shape. Only gripe is that sometimes you get a bottle that the nipple is hard to open so be sure to check before you buy.
