Comments about crankbrothers Multi 19 Tool:
I've already had to use this tool on several occasions. From minor adjustments to my derailleur all the way to resetting the rake on my mountain bike, this thing has been a blessing. Simple, versatile, and tough as nails. I was told to buy a multi-tool with a chain breaker on it, and I chose this one because of the bevy of other tools on it. You never know when you'll need them, and so far, they've all played a part.

Comments about crankbrothers Multi 19 Tool:
This tool packs the most features into the smallest form. I like the thinness of it, which makes it easy to pack in the seat bag. It's all metal, and feels like it's made to last. The Crank Brothers doesn't have every tool possible, but has most of the functions needed for common road troubles.

Comments about crankbrothers Multi 19 Tool:
This tool includes a chain tool which has brought me back from a 30 mile out from civilization chain break. I once had a wheel so bent from a crash that I couldn't roll it through the frame and this tool enabled me to do a hasty fix to keep riding (TEOCALLI RIDGE - Crested Butte, CO)
I have done a complete assemble and disassemble with this tool and the only additional purchases were a headset cup remover,HS press, BB Press, and Crank tool, all items that cant be made portable.
This tool is cheap insurance.

Comments about crankbrothers Multi 19 Tool:
This is my main multi-tool. I have used this to tighten or adjust various Allen head bolts as necessary on rides (bottle cage, stem, handle bar grips (Ergon GP1 - also excellent for my flat bar!).
It does come with a pretty cool looking plastic case but I saved the room by not using that.
I have found the chain tool to be useful, but it does require some significant leverage to overcome the tightness of the chain pin. (I have since added a SRAM powerlink to my chain.)
Probably more than you need on a ride, but it covered everything that I have asked it to do for me.

Comments about crankbrothers Multi 19 Tool:
This tool has come in handy more than once. It fits in my camelbak and has saved me and others from minor and major adjustments when mountain biking. Remember to tighten things before going on a hard mountain ride. I've had a crank come loose and this tool has saved me. I've also had the saddle go loose and this tool also helped me solve the problem.

I have this multi-tool on each bike I own. I wouldn't go on a ride without one.

Comments about crankbrothers Multi 19 Tool:
I exchanged a different unit for this tool and I am glad I did. The other one was too large. This is just large enough and includes the 2-3 sizes of allen keys you need plus a few screwdrivers and a chaintool for good measure. I actually had to use this on the side of the road last week to fix my front brake and it performed flawlessles. Due to the compact size, getting leverage on this tool is difficult but that can be said about any mini-tool.
