  • Wiz has been designed with children in mind; it's not only smaller than adult headlamps, it's thoroughly tested to standup to kid-type abuse
  • Elastic band has pull-away fittings so if a child catches it on a limb or door handle it simply comes apart under the pressure
  • Power of the two LED bulbs is set at a midbrightness level so kids don't unintentionally blind themselves—or their parents!
  • But don't be concerned, the Wiz provides plenty of light for nighttime reading and walking around a dark campsite
  • Features two modes, on and strobe, operated from a single, easily used switch
  • Headlamp automatically turns off after one hour to save battery life, in case a child falls asleep with it on or forgets it lost under the covers
  • Tiltable housing lets a youngster adjust the natural direction of light to suit current needs

A rugged and durable headlamp designed for kids with fun graphics and colors. I would have liked it to have an adjustable beam and I thought it was a little too bright for kids. Perfect for kids who want both hands free to explore and play at night with the safety of a light.

    Both of my kids have these and love them. Great for use by kids in tent, campout, bedroom, etc. Inexpensive, so not fearful that the kids will lose them or get stolen. Nothing fancy, it is what it is. Only complaint is that the light sometimes falls off of the strap, but that could just be lack of proper adjustment on the part of the user.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
