Comments about Timex Ironman Triathlon 50-Lap Sleek Digital Watch - Black:
I've worned an Ironman watch for decades -- for the price, you just can't beat it. The CDR timer is great for checking the grill, the alarm wakes me up every morning, the stopwatch is used to time my kids at track practice, and of course . . . it tells time extremely accurately.

difficult to read display because of dark background. my start/stop button wore out within 3 months. this is my 4th timex watch - they have all had quality issues..

Comments about Timex Ironman Triathlon 50-Lap Sleek Digital Watch - Black:
I am a Physical Education teacher, and I teach water aerobics at a local health club. Also, I run regularly. I use every function this watch offers during teaching or personal use. I even use the multiple time zone function during trips to visit family. I wore the watch until the battery failed. I installed a new battery, and the watch still keeps out water during my classes in the pool. I have a dress watch for more formal occasions, but this watch is handsome enough for most events. I am currently looking for a new watch, only because the band on this one has finally broken. Perhaps I will just get another one.

Comments about Timex Ironman Triathlon 50-Lap Sleek Digital Watch - Black:
This is a great athletic watch for when you want something that looks great but doesn't cost $300. The performance is top-notch, though the text on the Start/Split button faded on mine after about 6 months of heavy use. I bought one for a friend after she raved about mine and she loves it too.

Comments about Timex Ironman Triathlon 50-Lap Sleek Digital Watch - Black:
The watch is a great value and stylish enough to wear daily. It's light weight and the wrist strap has plenty of ventilation compared to older Iron Man watches. I use it for running, working out, yard work, and casual work days. The black face is a nice change from typical gray on almost all digital watches. Indiglo works well.

Comments about Timex Ironman Triathlon 50-Lap Sleek Digital Watch - Black:
I've love this watch. It is light and stylish at the same time. The alarms are loud enough to wake me up and remind me that it is time to leave for work. On long runs, like marathons, you forget that the watch is even there. The only problem I have is, like many other, that the top rubber part of the button faded and then came off, but still works and resist water. I talked to a Timex rep and they said if you have the box and a copy of the receipt they would fix it.
