This lightweight travel sack is great for international hostelling, summer camping, RVs or simply to keep in your trunk for emergencies.
- Lofty hollow-core polyester fiber insulation is warm without a lot of bulk, compresses easily for packing and continues to insulate if wet
- Unzip zipper and lay bag flat like a comforter or just unzip it partially at the foot for ventilation or to roam around camp without leaving your bag!
- Short zipper with snap tab closures creates armholes for ventilation
- Both zippers have an anti-snag backing for easy entry and exit
- Differentiated drawcords (one round, one flat) let you adjust hood and neck easily in the dark

When I went into the Peace Corps-Kenya I knew I would need a sleeping bag. I could not have picked a better one. Since most of my travels were all to warm locations within Kenya - no mountain climbing, this bag was perfect. The small size and light weight made it effortless to haul around on public transportation in a developing country. I truely have no complaints. I still use the bag now that I am back in the states and people cannot believe when I show up with a small back pack and say that my sleeping bag in inside of it, along with everything else.

As someone who sleeps on a new couch nearly every night I was very happy with my silk travel sheet for the summer months, but the nippy North east in autumn and winter can get a bit chillier at nights. Even in climate controlled environs it can get a little cold and the sleep sack is the perfect size to throw in my pack for lugging to and from the car every day and keeps me very comfortable wherever I am. Can't want to try it as a super cold weather liner for my mummy bag.

It was about 60 degrees one night and about 70 the next night. The bag felt great. On the second night, I opened it up and used it as a light blanket. It is light weight and easy to carry in a backpack during the spring and summer.

I tend to over heat easily during the night so wanted a warm weather bag. I searched many stores and online sites and this is the absolute best of the pick! I purchased this bag a few years ago so the features may have changed a bit. Mine has an open bottom (drawstring only) for the feet which is wonderful because I don't get a build up of heat in the bag. Another wonderful feature is the size -- it packs to the size of a football so doesn't take much space in my luggage. The size allows me to carry it onto a train or plane too! Really is the perfect travel bag. Many of my girlfriends in their mid-years (you know what I mean!) have run out to get this bag!

Worked great for my Red Sea & Leeward Island dive trips (both on liveaboards). Took up hardly any space or weight in my dive bag. Dried quickly. Felt clean under sometimes not so sanitary conditions.

I bought this sleeping bag for a camping trip to Mounds State Park with my son's 5th grade class. The weather was 75 hi/55 low and mostly rainy for the three day trip, with a late thunderstorm on the last night.The interior stayed dry the whole trip, but was a little cold in the foot area when the temps got into the mid to lower 50's. I stuffed my poncho liner into the bottom of the bag on the last 2 nights and that made a big difference.
I bought this sleeping bag based on these reviews and I'm happy to agree with the majority of them. If you need an light weight bag that will keep you dry and warm to the temp it's rated for, I give this one a big recommendation.

I first used this bag in Havasupai in the middle of summer. I ALWAYS run hot, and it was perfect to sleep inside with the foot zipper open. I have used this also in many hostels around the world and on quite a few couches too. I also used it for over 3 months while backpacking through Argentina and it has held up wonderfully.
I especially like the ability to walk around while still in this bag, it has proved wonderful on those mornings when you are still either getting a fire going or are indoors waiting for the heating to kick in.

This thing is cheap, and because I'm so warm blooded, I never get cold in it (granted you'll never catch me on K2, or anywhere else silly). It stuffs down small enough, and because it zips down and across my my feet I can use it with my Hennessy Hammock when it gets cold. I like the no frills, you can still afford to eat kind of equipment.

If I had one word to describe this bag it would be versatile.
I've taken it to hostels and camping and it performs well under both circumstances.
The obvious use is for travel, but it's quite nice for camping in warm weather too. It's really light and packs down really small, great for backpacking. It's easy to clean and it's like new despite the fact that it's been washed so many times.
