I live and work in Minnesota. On a cool spring/fall day when I go out on my motorcycle, I wear this as a base layer under my power stretch and Harley leather jacket. I also work outside year long. I find for all around use the midweight MTS is best for me. I am amazed at the durability of this garmet. The sleeves are subjected to alot of exposure during my job and I have never worn a hole in the elbow or arm as I had done previous with the old fashioned cotton thermal.
Very warm and lightweight, wicking ability is fantastic. I buy the tall version because it stays tucked in my pants all day during physical activity.

I own 9 of these, 6 crews & 3 zips. No more cotton for me

      I use these for all my outdoor winter activities: hiking, skiing & snowshoeing.

      I am 6'6"/205 lbs. I bought the large size. They're a little loose, but it doesn't seem to affect their performance. They are very comfortable and plenty warm.
