Comments about Coleman 2-Burner Propane Stove:
I actually have the older style of Coleman 2 burner Stove, but the new design looks like it carries forward all that was good about the old design. Forgive me if I'm stating the obvious:
I originally had an MSR SuperFly backpacking stove, which is great in the back country, but when car camping, it's form-factor limits your cooking to what can be done on smaller, light backpacking cookware. This can pose a serious gastronomic compromise for foodies like us. The MSR was not made (nor should it have been) to support cast iron pans or big full pots.
The suitcase stoves like this Coleman can support a very large, heavy pan or kettle. So if you're car camping with one of these, you can raid your kitchen cupboards and pack your favorite cookware. The Coleman suitcase stove can hold a 12-14 inch pan or a full 10 quart stockpot easily.
My wife, who doesn't like surprises, expecially when camping, really appreciates cooking with pans she knows so well, and she can deal with other setbacks of camping more gracefully as a result.
One other thing to mention is the Coleman has a solid brass feeder tube and the classic Century stoves use a rubber hose. We got the Coleman because I though the pipe would hold up better than the rubber hose over the long haul, and this is probably true.
But having camped with friends who have a Century, the Century can work in much tighter quarters than we can, like the end of a picnic table because they can stash the tank wherever it's handy. The Coleman by contrast needs a lot of table space because the propane tank can only go in one place. The Coleman with tank installed is too wide to place at the end of the picnic table.

Comments about Coleman 2-Burner Propane Stove:
This is a great group car camping stove. It's easy to assemble, carry, and store. It folds up thin enough to store in the tupperware container I keep food and utensils in. It has the same trustworthy design Coleman has had forever. It has never let me down yet

Comments about Coleman 2-Burner Propane Stove:
Having previously owned a Coleman two burner car camping stove for over 7 years (and still going). I decided to buy the newest model and retire the old one to friends and family. On a recent trip to the Olympics I was impressed by the new Coleman stove. From the large control gas knobs, to the new 'perfect flow" system I was delighted at my new purchase. I also like the fact that the side screens are more convenient to use than previous models. Also, these new stoves are lighter and easier to set up. I am sure that I will good use of this stove for years to come. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because It's not a self lighting system (piezo). Other than that, it's a fantastic stove!

Comments about Coleman 2-Burner Propane Stove:
Excellent value for a table top stove. Only con is that I had two replacement lines sent via warranty w/in the first 45 days. Hooking/unhooking the canister to pack away has a habit of bending the pin that pierces the canister fitting. Best idea is to leave the canister attached to the line and unhook line from the stove. They took care of it each time w/ no hassel from Coleman. Excellent stove..highly recommend.

Comments about Coleman 2-Burner Propane Stove:
Excellent Stove for the car camper. I have had this stove for 9 years and I have beat it up considerably, and it still works good as new! Very rugged and durable. Although there are stoves out there that provide more heating power, this one does the job at a nice price.

Comments about Coleman 2-Burner Propane Stove:
My friend has one, and its great for car camping, not for grilling, but easy to use for a pot & pan. Good temp control...if its on sale, its worth it! Much better than cooking over a campfire!
