Comments about Serfas FP50 Floor Pump:
My old pump finally broke after 5 years of service. I am the sort of guy that didn't want to spend a lot of money on a pump (it's just to inflate tires!). So when I first saw the price on Serfas and what it offered, I thought why not.
I was first impressed with the dual valve head, one for Schrader other for Presta. My bike has Schrader and my wife's bike has Presta valves and it works out great. Second, located in the handle are valve adapters to inflate sporting equipment which are handy. And the last thing was the gauge. No more getting gauges from my tool box, it's already on the pump. I though this pump was great!.....
One day before a ride my wife asked if the pump gauge was accurate. I told her " It must be, it's on the pump". Her response " yea, lets just see".
So going to my tool box she got my old tire gauge, tested her tires and it wasn't the same as the pumps gauge, not even close. My old tire gauge was measuring +15 psi greater than the pump gauge. I was shocked, for the past 6 months I was inflating way too much in both our bikes
Bottom line, I will recommend this to friend, but don't trust the pumps gauge, buy a good tire gauge.

Comments about Serfas FP50 Floor Pump:
I just got this pump [...] and the thing that attracted me to it was the low price. The dial was inaccurate and I popped an innertube at 30 psi. After using it on my bike twice, I decided to use the shraeder valve and that part did not work... this was after three days of ownership. [...]exchanged it and I got the Joe Blow Yellowversion for a few bucks more. It is a better pump than this. Spend the extra [$].

Comments about Serfas FP50 Floor Pump:
Easy to read guage has a preset pointer to help those of us with older eyes. Easily takes road tires to 125+ psi. Only complaint is that the rubber piece in the head wears out pretty quickly and parts are only available via Serfas; [...]

Comments about Serfas FP50 Floor Pump:
Overall a great pump. Just use it for my wife and I since we ride our bikes to school everyday. Easy to use. Only downside is it can be a bit difficult to remove from valve stem after pumping.

Comments about Serfas FP50 Floor Pump:
Nice pump, but the 6 or 7th time that I used it, the valve came off of the hose and there is no way to repair it according to the store clerk, who sold me a Joe Blow Sprint. Hopefully it will be better.

Comments about Serfas FP50 Floor Pump:
The pump is ok for emergencies, but really doesn't perform like it should at high pressure. The pump leaks like crazy around the valve at around 90 psi.

I've used this for bikes and on soccer balls, basketballs and footballs. It has a nice compartment in the handle to store the needles so I don't lose them.
Easily pumps my road bike tires up to 125psi.

great for just your everyday pump, well worth the [$] if you aren't into biking enough to spend a ton of money on a pump, dial not super accurate, but it's a solid pump
