Comments about REI Ultra Light Pants - Men's 32'' Inseam:
These pants have been great for me. they're light, they pack well, they're waterproof, and they're pretty comfortable to walk in. I now only carry one pair of pants - these. whether it's raining or not, I'll be wearing these when i get to camp.

Comments about REI Ultra Light Pants - Men's 32'' Inseam:
I ran a 6 hour adventure race yesterday (running, biking, bushwacking) in a 40degF downpour. This pants performed perfectly. I wore a base layer beneath. Our route had a lot of thorn and briars. I was nervous that the material was going to get ripped but it held up well for me. Not an endorsement to run through a briar patch but I was pleasantly surprised. I have the matching jacket and it held up too. I'm 6'2", 185# with a 34" inseam. The medium-32 fit perfectly.

Comments about REI Ultra Light Pants - Men's 32'' Inseam:
I bought these as my primary rain gear for backpacking trips. I just came in from snowblowing while wearing these pants and the jacket. I am dry and comfortable. I also bought the pants and jacket for my wife for wind and rain protection on her job and when we walk. She loves them as well.
We have both been out in the pouring rain and stayed completely dry.
A front zipper or flap would be a nice addition on the mens version.

Comments about REI Ultra Light Pants - Men's 32'' Inseam:
These pants are better than my prevoius pair from a different manufacturer at half the price. Well worth the money.
