  • Contoured Zytel® handle grips provide a comfortable grip; needlehose pliers are long and slender, and gripping teeth are strong and durable
  • Regular pliers have been redesigned to withstand 133% more squeezing load
  • Three-in-one design gives you a can opener, bottle opener and wire stripper in just one blade
  • Other features include: two standard screwdrivers, one Phillips and flat tip screwdriver, ruler, file, small bit driver, and eyeglass screwdriver
  • New jaw design features wire cutters that can repeatedly cut 12-penny nails without getting dull
  • Scissors are strong enough to cut through seat belts, zip ties and fabric; open-tooth saw blades are sharp and easy to use
  • Special locking mechanism holds blade and other tools safely in place

    This is a great tool. I'm a river surveyor who works in very sandy rivers most of the time. I have had several Swiss Army knives in the past. They have always been useful but lacked pliers and just couldn't hold up to all the sand and would lock up after awhile. As with any multi-tool, this tool is difficult to keep clean but has held up much better than the Swiss Army knives. This tool has been extremely useful and a good balance between weight, cost, and variety of tools.

      When they started making these in Mexico the quality has gone WAY down! The blade release on this has snapped off, and i finally brought back my 3rd Blast and traded up to the "Surge"...we'll see how this goes

        This knife is great. Not for most ultralight hikers, but it's great around the campsite, garage, or job site. It is a "multi-tool" so there are some compromises, but overall a good, quality tool. My tool also came with a leather case which was a nice touch.
