Super-light, 0° modified mummy design features 650 fill-power goose down insulation--perfect for cold, dry climates
Continuous oversize draft wedge insulates the connection between the bag and pad to prevent cold air from entering
Nylon ripstop shell with a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish sheds water; soft, breathable nylon lining
Built-in pillow sleeve allows you to stuff a jacket or a backcountry pillow inside and keeps it in place all night long

Big Agnes is a relatively new company with an amazing idea in sleeping bags. The Storm King, as with all of their sleeping bags, is designed to keep you warm and comfortable. Unlike the regular sleeping bags on the market, Big Agnes has developed a bag that allows you to move about without sacrificing warmth or comfort. The Storm King, as with all Big Agnes bags, has no insulation where the bag touches either a pad or ground surface. Instead, they reason that since compression due to body weight, occurs at these points, any insulation would be rendered useless and as such, the Storm King has built into it a sleeve where you insert a sleeping pad (I recommend buying a pad from Big Agnes for fit and comfort). The result is a sleeping bag that allows you to move about, which is a plus for those who sleep on their sides. In sum, I love my new Big Agnes sleeping bag. The only negatives are the price and that the bag is a little larger than others in its class. But still, I love my bag.
