Comments about Surefoot Foot Rubz:
Bottom line - *highly* recommended for anyone who experiences sore arches.
I suffer from chronic plantar fasciitis - sore arches aggravated by walking, running, or hiking - and wear custom orthotic insoles which definitely help. However, my feet still feel sore after strenuous workouts.
This little massage ball was suggested to me by my physical therapist several years ago. I was skeptical at first and it took some trial and error to sort out the best way to use it. Yet it has become indispensable.
I usually stand and exert pressure on the ball while rolling my foot over it. I can feel the knots and kinks in my feet, and gradually over several minutes they loosen up. It can be a bit painful but in a good way.
I use the massage ball after almost any workout which has me on my feet. I also use it during breaks at work. Consistent use has enabled me to keep running pain-free. Simple but remarkable therapy for the feet.

Comments about Surefoot Foot Rubz:
I bought this little ball thinking it might work. After a long day of hiking at Colorado Bend State Park in Texas. My girl was tired. I whipped this little sucker out and begain to work on her feet. I then started on her back. After I was done, she was very relaxed and all the soreness was gone. This thing works to get the knots out of your feet and other parts of the body.

I use this for feet and also legs, arms, and even my back (with a friend's help). Start rolling the ball softly to relax the muscles and then gradually increase the pressure while continue rolling. Pretty quickly, the ball loosens and relaxes the tight muscles where foam roller could not be very effective. It's an amazing ball!!

Comments about Surefoot Foot Rubz:
After months of physical therapy for plantar fasciitis (including deep and painful foot massages), I continued with a self-massage program using a golf ball. A golf ball works, but it hurts.
I find the Foot Rubz gives me the same result as the golf ball, but with much less discomfort...which means I use it more.
If you suffer from plantar fasciitis, try Foot Rubz and the orange SuperFeet insoles and see if your problem doesn't go away without ongoing physical therapy, expensive orthotics, or surgery.

Comments about Surefoot Foot Rubz:
I’ve used a larger version of this foot massager and thought I’d try this smaller one and am glad I did. It's firm enough, yet not painfully stiff. The advantage of the smaller size is that it works both the large and small areas of the feet. I've learned and used some foot massage techniques and find that this product can effectively massage in a similar fashion with similar results. It’s easy to use any where, any time. You'll love it.

Comments about Surefoot Foot Rubz:
My girlfriend is a serious marathoner (21 races and counting) and ultra-runner, and she just adores this thing. I'm almost jealous of the little green ball, her own personal "asteroid" massager. I have to admit, it really does feel great. While there are several similar products on the market, I think most are a little larger and softer. This one is PERFECT for tired, crampy, abused feet.
