    I loop this light around my dog's collar when we are at the off-leash dog park at night. It has held up well for over a year now. The batteries last long and are replaceable. It's much hardier than the lights I've purchased in the past at the big box retailer that were made specifically for dogs' collars. I have recommended this to other dog owners.

      I use these lights (they come in red or white) as a little added protection for my nightly commute. They are perfect for your messenger bag, helmet or bike. I have bought several and keep them on all my cycling bags.

      Try before you buy

        After buying this very nice light, I took out the plastic insert that keeps the light from turning on (in the store). Putting it back together, I found that the light gets stuck in the "on" position and will not change using the magnetic dongle. If I only partially put the light together, I can get the functionalities to work correctly. But with the light fully assembled, no luck. I've tried to alter the contacts etc to no avail. There is something wrong with the design that does not allow enough tolerance to work correctly when construction is off.

        We have been using this item for almost 2 years now and it has been great! We use this on the back of our bike trailer as an added protection and it has been great! We love the fact that it is very easy to use AND you can easily take it off and use it elsewhere if needed.

          I hate carrying around extra weight. This light is attached to the bag under my seat. It is very bright for its size! I have seen others use it as a supplemental light, attached to their backpack.

            I use this light as a running tool this time of year during the winter with the shorter light hours. I just replaced the batteries (2032) after a long season last year and am very happy with the performance. Ongoing annual cost is about $5 for batteries which is fine for the added safety. If you're creative, you could probably adapt the light to fit in a lot of different situations.

                Very cool light with a very clever mounting system. It took me a while to realize how flexible the mounting strap was but in time I realize that I could attach this light to anything. Odd batteries are a downer as my kid plays with this a lot and drains them by leaving it on. I have also had it turn on accidentally in my bag but the battery life is good so this isn't a huge problem unless is happens while it is in storage.

                This is a great gift for a secret santa biker. You could never have too many of these.
