Comments about SKS X-Blade Rear 26 Seatpost Fender:

I use this on my Specialized FSR Stumpjumper that has a on-the-fly adjustable seatpost. This fender installs nicely between the seatpost and the cable. In the middle of one of my rides, the fender kept twisting around. I was able to adjust/tighten it w/o any tools. Works great!

Comments about SKS X-Blade Rear 26 Seatpost Fender:

Went on pretty easily after putting it on and adjusting the strap. The strap tends to come loose every couple of weeks or so, so be sure to check it every now and then. It does its job very well! Went for a ride after it had rained and no mud got on me or my backpack.

      Service and delivery comments:

Product was delievered a day early compared to the estimated delivery date, so thats always nice. REI did put package it in a really cheap box that was cut up pretty bad by the time I got it, luckily there was no damage to the goods! :)

Comments about SKS X-Blade Rear 26 Seatpost Fender:

I use it in some pretty rough terrain on a full suspension, through thick mud, puddles and streams.

It literally takes two seconds to install/remove, is effective against thick mud and splashes, stays put and is surprisingly sturdy given it's light weight and flexibility. I use it in combination with the Dirtboard and SKS Shockblade Front Fender and couldn't ask for more.

My only complaint is that I had to buy locknuts to keep the four pivot point nuts/bolts from rattling loose. (Locktite was my first thought, but it is known to disintigrate some plastics.) Two other people I know have had the same problem.

After installing lock nuts and going on a few rough rides (full suspension), I had to adjust the mounting bracket tension for stretching, but after that first adjustment and 25 rides later, it still stays put.
