Comments about Mountain House Western Style Scrambled Eggs and Ham For One:
These eggs tasted GREAT, especially on a cool rainy morning near the Cape Fear River. I didn't give them 5 stars because even after cooking per instructions, there were a few "dry" spots, but overall they were very tasty and filling. Just what you want for breakfast!

Comments about Mountain House Western Style Scrambled Eggs and Ham For One:
Very good flavor, easy to prepare, perfect proportion. I would have given this breakfast a higher rating if not for the fact that even after draining off the excess water, as the directions call for, it is still very watery when you get to the bottom.

Comments about Mountain House Western Style Scrambled Eggs and Ham For One:
I cooked these eggs w/ ham & peppers at 10,600 ft on a recent backpacking trip to the rocky mountains. I have to admit I wasn't expecting it to be very good. I was pleasantly surprised. It was actually extremely tasty! It had a nice hammy taste and the peppers added just the right flavor to the eggs and ham.
I boiled the water, put it into a separate pot with the eggs and simmered it for a minute, then let it sit for double the time. I've had to do this in the mountains for everything. It was very easy to make. In fact, It was so good that I'm going to buy a couple more of these just for the days when I am running late for work and have no time to cook. I love these eggs!

Comments about Mountain House Western Style Scrambled Eggs and Ham For One:
I usually don't cook breakfast on the trail, but i love spicy eggs and ham. The eggs set up really well and were tasty, but the ham was still crunchy even after extra time. Never did taste the peppers, though i saw some in there. Good to start the day, but don't expect miracles.

Comments about Mountain House Western Style Scrambled Eggs and Ham For One:
These eggs are among the best we have tried. They are precooked so there is no messy powder and they taste great! We recommend the ham and peppers over the bacon. Following the directions you do get extra water in the pouch after cooking but just drain it out before eating and your golden! Seems to be everyone elses favorite as well because they always sell out quickly as soon as the stores get them in.

Comments about Mountain House Western Style Scrambled Eggs and Ham For One:
We tried this while car camping. It was barely edible, even with the salsa and tortillas we packed. I won't buy it again.
