      2 of these shirts will take me traveling internationally or on a motorcycle trip for a month whether tropical or arid. They look good, wick, wash & dry great! Coupled with Rei"s zip off uv/quick dry pants and a couple of the wicking t"s, socks and briefs, I can pack up for a month in a carry on day pack. No complaints but a couple subtle zippers under the arms would be a great addition for vents.

        I traveled in Coasta Rica with my first shirt and loved it. Now I own 3 and carry no others when I travel. Great security for cash, cards & passports witn the combined velcro pocket-cover and zippered inner pocket. Easy to clean, drip dry and go.

        Taking the suggestion of another reviewer I ordered a small/tall for my frame (6'1/175#) and I've never had a shirt fit better. I haven't owned it long enough to test it's durability, but with it's comfortable fabric, perfect fit and nice usable pockets (I like the zippered security pocket) this shirt has become my new favorite. As with all nylon shirts it will immediately pull the stink out of your underarms and imbed it into the fabric ... never a plus, but what can you do?
        I dig it.

          To summarize this product - it works so well you'll reverse your tan!

          I bought this shirt because I needed a light weight long sleeved top with UPF 50+. Originally I tried the Men's Regular, but found the sleeves were way too short for someone 6'5". The Men's Tall worked much better although it could stand to be a half inch longer. I recommend the Small - Tall for anyone with a tall lanky build.

          This shirt seems very durable so far; I've taken it through salt water, dirt, mud, blood, nasty forest "goo" and some of grandma's pasta sauce. Throw it in the wash with your regular clothes and it comes back out clean and without any fading.

          The sun protection works as advertised - after a number of days camping on the beach and getting A LOT of sun exposure, I'd swear I lost my tan underneath the shirt. All the while it is very light weight and dries quickly enough so that you can jump in the ocean to cool down and be mostly dry by the time you walk back up to your campsite.

          I liked this shirt so much I bought another one, because I like to wear them both while camping and while running errands around town.

            I got this short while I lived in the Phoenix area and it worked nicely. It keeps the sun off of you while being breathable and light. The material doesn't feel the softest against your skin, but I usually wear a tshirt under it. Anytime I plan on being out in the sun for a while and don't want to have to worry about applying sunscreen, I use this shirt. It would probably work well for boating, too, since it dries quickly.
