Comments about ExOfficio Full Cut Briefs - Women's:
As part of my decision to buy comfortable hiking and biking clothes I bought a pair of full cut briefs by Ex Officio.
They come in a variety of colors. Since my first pair I've bought two more.
They come in extra small to extra large. I would say they run true to size although women’s panties (This is for the guys in case you want to buy your partner a pair.) usually come in sizes such as 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, etc.
Full cut means that the waist is at my belly button and the legs are not cut high. For me they are the most comfortable to wear in general and certainly the most comfortable for physical activities.
They have what is called “travel friendly give-n-go stretch” and are made of 94% nylon and 6% spandex.
My panties have a woven design to them and are very soft to the touch.
Although these aren’t seamless the seam around the leg lies nice and flat so I don’t have a bulge around my legs as I hike or work out.
I love my panties. I could tell within an hour the first time I wore them which was on a hike that they truly were special. Although the elastic band around the waist was damp the rest of me was totally dry. At the end of the day this remained true.
Even when I have been sweating all day either biking or hiking there is no odor to the panties. The finish they are treated with are called Aegis anti-microbial.

I bought these several years ago and loved the feel and ease of washing out. I take only two pair with me when traveling which saves me space. They have lasted 2-3 yrs.

I love big underwear! :) The low-cut legs prevent wedgies and don't rub against pack hip straps, and the high waist protects against chafing pants waists. I was astounded when I first wore these on a summer hike up a mountain, and nothing but the waistband was wet with sweat at any point. The material doesn't bunch like cotton either. I quickly bought two more pairs!
My only complaint is that the waistband is tighter than you'd expect for the size. I had to buy mine on the big side to make sure I wouldn't be uncomfortably squeezed by the waistband, but fortunately I don't mind the rest being extra roomy.

This is a great buy for travel. It wears well and dries fast. The elastic band does not seem to last over the years.

Everyone seems to love these but me.
I tap dance. It is very irritating in the summer when my underwear sticks to my body when I get hot--and I can't just stop what I'm doing to fix it. So when I saw these pants in an REI retail store I thought they were a brilliant idea both for dance class and summer activities in general.
I wore them for the first (and last) time under light weight, loose fitting capris to a theme park on a humid 85 degree day. I spent ten hours there, walking funny and ducking behind bushes and food stands, peeling them off my bum. And whenever I visited the ladies room, I noticed that the entire garment stayed in a constant state of "damp," like putting back on a wet bathing suit.
It's a plus for traveling that they dry quickly, but then so do any women's nylon or microfiber panties and at a third the price.

Comments about ExOfficio Full Cut Briefs - Women's:
The good: Material is top notch, wicks moisture, keeps you dry, and is easy to maintain. Packs very small, easy to hand wash, doesn't smell.
The bad: The fit is absolutely horrible. I picked up a large, and they easily covered my entire abdomen because there is so much material. I laughed that "sexy" was an option to describe them; only if you're attracted to grandma's panties!
The bikini briefs are a better and more flattering fit.

I started wearing this product just on hiking trips but have have become a total convert at the expense of other brands. Black and nude are really the only colors one ever needs, for casual as well as dress!

I walk to and from work so I have been looking for underwear that will survive the trip (hot in summer/cold in winter) and prevent needing to change upon arrival to office. Bought one test pair - did trips to work and then used during 4th of July weekend in Chicago. Passed testing beautifully. I bought 3 more for a business trip to Tuscany. They did well in the heat, washed & dried well. I just got back and I am buying more during the Labor Day sale.

Comments about ExOfficio Full Cut Briefs - Women's:
These are great for travel, for a seamless silhouette under dress pants, or for wearing kayaking. Cotton is not king any more, and certainly not appropriate for outdoor activities. These dry quickly, curb odor, and you'll never have to worry about taking forever to dry out if they get wet from outdoor activity. They pack really light and compact as well. I originally bought these for camping/kayaking trips, but now find myself reaching for them every day because they fit so well compared to my cottons. Love it when they go on sale.
