    I went cross-country skiing at -20F with these liners and waterproof mittens. Another skier in my group had cold hands so I gave her my mittens and I skied for over an hour with only these liners, no gloves/mittens. These liners are so good that my hands stayed warm at -20F with no outer layer. I used them on other ski trips during the season without gloves/mittens with similar results.
