Comments about Seirus Therma-Lux Glove Liners with Heat Pocket:
I adore these gloves. My daughter lost them in the blueberry patch today and I am beside myself. I primarily use these gloves for my all purpose wintertime go everywhere gloves. I wear them every day in winter. They are nice because they are not bulky, allowing for good finger movement like car keys and driving. They are really warm so I don't need a heavier glove (which is great in Alaska). I also use them for hiking and dog walking. The stretchy, high tech space age material feels wonderful. Because they look like something Michael Jackson would wear, I get a lot of comments on them, but people always end up trying them on and not wanting to give them back. But they are definitely not water proof which is why they got lost today because my daughter took them off because they were soaking wet and set them on the ground somewhere.

Comments about Seirus Therma-Lux Glove Liners with Heat Pocket:
Although the liners provide warmth and the hand warmer pocket is great, the liners are not durable. The seam on the pocket where a warmer can be inserted has a frayed edge which exposes itself. After wearing the liners only twice for two-hour periods each, one of the seams on a finger came unsewn, and they were not being used in a situation exerting force with my hands.

Comments about Seirus Therma-Lux Glove Liners with Heat Pocket:
i bought these to wear as liner under my waterproof road cycling gloves (endura deluge)during the cold months. i have to say first of all, that i have poor circulation so my hands and feet are normally cold (i.e., someone with normal circulation may have no problems at all). when the temp dropped below freezing, even after riding for 25 minutes my finger tips were in a lot of pain from the cold. also, if you ever wear anything with velcro (other gloves, jacket, cycling shoes) i would avoid these gloves because it will tear up these gloves quickly.

Comments about Seirus Therma-Lux Glove Liners with Heat Pocket:
Very warm, maintains finger heat extremely well. I replaced my Burton glove liners with these during a New Year's trip to Denver. They worked extremely well in near zero temps. I remember it was so cold and windy at Breck that after 30 secs with my glove off to snap pics, the pain felt like someone had smashed my hand with a bat. But putting the glove back on and working my fingers warmed them right up.
The bad: the weave is starting to unravel. Avoid velcro/hooks and loops or they will snag.

Comments about Seirus Therma-Lux Glove Liners with Heat Pocket:
I have used these liners for a few years now and they are really warm. They will warm up very cold hands quickly. They are not gloves though. If you put gloves over them they will last for years. As a child I had gloves like these when I snowmobiled and they allowed me to stay out longer. If you use them as gloves they get wet easily and will not last. Use them as designed and you will know they are the best liners!

Comments about Seirus Therma-Lux Glove Liners with Heat Pocket:
After reading the other reviews I have to agree. The item does not hold up to wear, and frequently snags (causing premature failure). I originally bought these as an adjunct to my waterproof riding gloves. I ride my motorcycle year round as long as there isn't snow or a sheet of ice on the road. I had tried a similar product years ago and it worked alright(didnt snag like these do)so I figured these would fit the bill. I was very interested because of the pocket for hand warmers. I was disappointed in the hand warmer performance, and the overall durability. What they dont say about the hand warmers (and foot warmers) is that they need fresh air to work. The oxidizing process slows if the packets are inside a sealed environment (like a waterproof glove). In order to get the heaters to work I had to stop and open up my glove to get fresh air in and get the heaters going again. I will admit that the liners DO indeed keep my hands warmer than my outer glove alone, so thats a plus. Not a complete waste of my money, just a disappointment more than anything. I think it's important to note that they are indeed "Glove Liners", and are intended to provide insulation to an outer tougher shell. Unfortunately if your outer shell has any velcro these will not last very long. I would recommend these to friends with the above noted shortcomings.

Comments about Seirus Therma-Lux Glove Liners with Heat Pocket:
I've had these for three ski season and they are just now starting to wear out. (I normally ski about 20-30 days a season.) I would recommend wearing these under your ski gloves since they definitely aren't waterproof. I occasionally wear them alone--on spring days or warmer days I'm touring in the backcountry. After three seasons there is a small hole in the thumb, but three seasons for an [$] pair of gloves sounds like a pretty good deal to me--they've outlasted my outer ski gloves. Only downside--they get caught in velcro.

Nice fitting liner. Very warm when I use them snowboarding or snowmobiling with my other gloves.
I like the hand warmer pocket, but I've never needed to use it. Just be careful that they don't come into contact with velcro!

Comments about Seirus Therma-Lux Glove Liners with Heat Pocket:
I love 'em. Friends call them my Michael Jackson gloves. And that's OK, those funky metallic fibers conduct heat out to my fingertips - my cold spot. I have worn them as liners. I have also worn them alone. They are lightweight but keep my hands warm. Although they are not waterproof they keep my hands warm even when they're wet. Discovered that hiking to Lake Serene on a rainy, November day. You do need to be careful around velcro but for a lightweight liner that works...even when it's wet...can't beat 'em.

Comments about Seirus Therma-Lux Glove Liners with Heat Pocket:
These gloves are warm but the pocket that holds the hand warmer faces downward so they will fall out all the time. Also the material does not last. They snag on everything especially velcro. After a few uses mine are falling apart.
