Comments about Metolius Simulator CNC Training Board:
I have one hanging over my bedroom door. It has helped me build strength in my hands, arms, and core, and has even let me practice my heelhooks. Great for training, or for when I cant get to the climbing gym and need a quick climbing fix. Only downside is that it is a bit slippery at first, but this is easily fixed with a little chalk

Comments about Metolius Simulator CNC Training Board:
I keep mine above my bedroom door. Seeing it every day encourages me to use it often. Great for building finger strength. I like that there are possibly hunderds of grip combinations that really tests your dexterity. Jugs on top are great for pullups. I've never had a problem, rock solid board.

Comments about Metolius Simulator CNC Training Board:
It's the most complete hangboard available. You won't outgrow it. It comes with installation instructions (that's the hard part) and a guide to general use. Mounting hardware was not included with mine, but can be purchased from any hardware store. It's a nice addition to any home, especially if there's not climbing gym for miles.

Comments about Metolius Simulator CNC Training Board:
My local climbing gym closed, so I have to make do with climbing anything that I can in the paved-over suburb that I live in. The Simulator makes it more bearable. It was difficult to mount and took a good 4-5 hours. I'm not the strongest climber, and the wide variety of holds makes training on this doable for me (unlike some of the smaller boards out there). Great board for all levels of climbers.

Comments about Metolius Simulator CNC Training Board:
No doubt about it, best board out there. the painstaking mounting process is totaly worth while. it does what its sapose to. after using it for only a few weeks it made those little holds on 5.10 or 5.11s easy to hold onto. the jugs at the top make for easy pull ups while working out your arms, the shallow holds at the bottom give you usefull wrist and finger strength. if your looking for a board to stay in shape or gain a little finger stregnth dont settle for anything less!

Comments about Metolius Simulator CNC Training Board:
I love this thing. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. I don't think you can really work on your technique with it, but that is not the intended purpose. It gives you a solid platform on which to build strength and endurance. I really like the diminishing holds, starting with huge jugs and working down to tiny finger holds. This board gives you a lot of room to grow and keep up your strength throughout the winter months.
Make sure you follow the manufacturers installation instructions! I broke a smaller board Metlouis makes because of a poor install. It is a bit of work, but once it is up properly you can hang on this thing all day.

Comments about Metolius Simulator CNC Training Board:
the holds look redundent but when you use it you realize some are deeper and some more shallow and so the whole board is actually very complete regarding hold combinations. The only draw back is the other stuff you have to have in order to mount it. But it is obviously extremely important to mount it properly

Comments about Metolius Simulator CNC Training Board:
This thing is great if you have limited space and time to keep in climbing shape. You'll need to work out how to mount it right (I've seen some folks do scary mounts!).
