Comments about Coghlan's Fire Paste:
I was the first in my group to reach the campsite and was assigned the duty of getting the fire going. As a new purchase, I quickly looked to my fire paste in my pack. While easy to apply to my kindling, the flame would burn out before the wood would catch. I must admit that the paste is highly flammable, but be prepared to go through almost half a tube if you are dealing with any wet or hard to catch woods. The other issue I experienced was having the half filled tube, (now distorted with squeezing) constantly poking into my skin in my pocket. I'd say each place I put the paste burned about 1 or 1 1/2 minutes.

Comments about Coghlan's Fire Paste:
Just get it. It sounds silly, I know, but you'll be happy you do. It is the only store bought fire starter that can actually be started so you can start a fire. So stop staring at the picture and just buy it.
