I bought these to replace the noisy metal zipper heads on a pistol case and a shooters bag. I was able to open these up and adjust the cords to the exact length I needed. They worked perfect for what I wanted, and the bags are now quiet!

Comments about REI Zipper Pulls - 4 Pack:

I love these zipper pulls. I can open up the plastic tabs, remove the black cord. Then I can put whatever color or length 1/8" diameter cord in the black cords place. Also, before you close the plastic tab onto whatever cord you use, you can route the cord through the zipper for more sturdy connection. Thank you REI. P.S. Wish they could make just the plastic tabs glow in the dark, for more visibilty in the dark.
