Comments about Clif Bar - 2.4 oz.:
Ideal for boosting energy or a little snack during a hike. Also as a treat at the end of meal during a trek. Also fits nicely in my handbag anywhere. Compact, not heavy, does not break or crumb, easy to pack.

Comments about Clif Bar - 2.4 oz.:
These are the best that I have found. I can eat these daily backpacking and never get tired of them. I especially like the apricot. It is moist and gives plenty of energy. What really amazes me is just how rough I can be with these things, cramming them everywhere they fit, and sometimes don't, and the package has never failed.

Comments about Clif Bar - 2.4 oz.:
These are the best tasting energy bars I have tried. My favorite is the carrot cake. They are great for hiking or bike trips: if they are on the bottom of your pack they get molded into an intersting form but they don't crumble and make a mess and 1 bar is very filling so it will give you a long lasting boost. They are also perfect grad school food; a bit pricey but that's what a stipend is for.

I normally don't like energy bars, but these are great, especially the blueberry cobbler. I like to use them for breakfast while backpacking.

These are the best tasting energy bars I've ever had, and I keep them on hand at ALL times. I found these when I was searching for a snack to get me through the school day. I have several classes before lunch, and always found my stomach growling before lunch, which was pretty embarassing.. Now, I always have a few of these in my backpack, and they fill me up fast! I also keep some in my purse and in my car, in case I'm hungry and in a rush, or if I have a hungry friend or kid with me. I've also taken these on backpacking trips. You can't beat Clif Bars! It might be a little pricey for a snack, but these are so filling and yummy that they are worth every penny.
I just wish that local grocery stores carried all of the flavors that REI does. I'll be ordering these in bulk.

I really enjoy them. I eat one most days for breakfast with a piece of fruit. They are organic, good for you, taste good and are very convenient.

Have been eating these for several years now, new flavors keep getting better, though they don't advertise when they update the ingredients/flavors. Blueberry is my current favorite.
You may want to have some extra fluids with these, but some are thicker than others... also, if you are in warm weather climates, stay away from the chocolates- they'll melt down as fast as a snickers in your pocket! Great if you are on the trail and want to press on but running late on your next meal. Also good once in camp, and want that late night bite after staying up too long, or just don't feel like breaking out the stove.

My brother turned me on to these years ago. They're made of good ingredients, very tasty (cool mint is my favorite) and don't represent anything like cardboard. These are one of the few brands that don't turn into a rock when it's 20 degrees and don't turn into goo when it hits 100 degrees.

I eat this in place of cereal in the morning. Great with green tea. But, I wish I could get it online at least at the in-store price.
