Flavorful snack on the trail, but the consistency of the mousse is closer to pudding than I might expect. Appearances aside, it tasted delicious.

Set some aside and sprinkle it into your coffee in the morning and it adds a nice flavorful pickup.

      I'd have a hard time classifying this as mousse, which I think of as lighter. I'm a chocolate lover and this was almost too much for me. Quite messy to make. We ended up letting it sit overnight and it still never thickened up. Also, probably bad for backcountry camping in bear country.

      Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
