      I'm sure this is fine as a measuring cup, though rather small. But I'd say if you're car or front country camping and/or are a serious cook, you'll want a bigger measuring cup. And for backcountry camping and extended trips you'll want something that doubles as a drinking cup. This is way too small unless you're a toddler. I recommend the Orikaso uber-light flat-folding mug (w/measurements) or three piece dining set.

        I know it isn't exactly what it's marketed for, but we use these as our kids' general camp cups. They don't tip (like half the regular kiddie cups we own), they don't break, and they're a great size for little ones.
        Probably not the best just for measuring, since it's not really big enough to double as a cup for grown-ups, but these are perfect for toddlers and pre-schoolers.

          Used this cup everyday on a six month thru hike of the AT and continue to use it for all of my backpacking trips. It has a very small capacity, but I prefer to refill the cup than to carry a larger, heavier cup. Works best if you make coffee in a larger pot and then use a pot cozy to keep it warm while you are drinking from your cup.
