This board gets “binding rash” as their warranty associate claims. The previous year model never showed these symptoms, but the next year model is made with eco top sheet and no apparent gloss laminate finish. The board is also susceptible to food bet screws penetrating the board causing additional wear. The warranty associate pushed back and after several emails back and forth decided to not cover the claim. $700 snowboard that will now get severe water damage and be garbage before the end of this season. I have and will NEVER purchase a single product from this joke of a company, sadly my girlfriend did make this mistake and will not be reimbursed for issues caused by THIS company. Bottom line, over priced, under quality products.
