Perfect for everyday use
I’ve always had trouble understanding why people would spend so much on a knife but thanks to my REI coop rewards I get it. This bailout feels amazing and knife shipped razor sharp. I love how it just disappears into the pocket. I’ve tried to consistently carry a pocket knife before but it always felt too cumbersome in my pocket, with the bailout I can even forget I have it. I thought the glass breaker would scratch up my hand but it’s not an issue when going in your pocket for other items. One major con… the price. If I didn’t have rewards and a 20 percent off deal I never would have bought it.
Scale felt strange at first...
I came from a Benchmade auto opener, so I was concerned this knife would be clumsy to open. Took about 3 opens to get the hang of the flick to open. The scales are grippy without getting hung up in my pocket. This knife is my new EDC, and I recommend it to everyone looking for an EDC knife.
