The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.
Rated5out of5byKumandayfromGreat BuyI used the Kammok sleeping in the Amazon jungle, set-up very fast, I recommend using the Python Straps and Kammok Dragonfly (mosquito control is very good). One of the best buys in recent years.

Rated5out of5bycoramdeo10010fromPleasant SurpriseI'm not exactly an outdoors expert, but I was really taken by the kammok roo. It takes a minute or two to set up, and as i settle into it, I' relaxed and transported to a happy place. It's quite versatile, and incredibly light. I think the straps plus the actual hammok weight maybe 2 lbs, so it's like nothing to carry when going hiking.
I haven't done the overnight outdoors thing, but I have slept in it after setting it up in my house (it's been cold up here in the Northeast this winter!). Super comfortable. If you get one of the sleeping bags they just came out with (via kickstarter), I can totally see this being a great combo in all but the most frigid temps.

Rated5out of5byPcolafromBetter Than AdvertisedOur scout troop loves hammocks and we have purchased at least six different brands, but the Roo is the most comfortable and strongest. We are obviously looking for low cost solutions, but the Roo is well worth the extra cost. I love the Python straps, incredibly easy and very strong; but there are other solutions that work for much less cost. The Roo fits our scouts from 5' 2" to 6' 4" and from 90 lbs to 280 lbs. We have had the Roo for over a year and have 20 nights of camping with it and there are no signs of wear. My children sleep on the back porch with it and love the soft feel. It is light (especially for its strength) and packs really small. Love It.

Rated5out of5byHoweyfromThe Best - Way Above the Rest!Could not wait for spring...Strung it up in the basement and have really enjoyed it. Fabric is awesome; It's quiet and strong...The whole family has piled in (Mom, Dad, and three little kids) without a stretch or squeak of the nylon. I really appreciate the use of 22kn biners and runners to support the load. Great product!

Rated5out of5byedziuafromDurable and easy to set upComing from Minneapolis, I do a lot of camping along the Mississippi river. The Roo is great because it's light and compact, and I have never had a problem finding a spot to set it up because of the Python straps. The Roo is great for short camping trips when you don't want to carry a tent. It's light enough to not be noticeable when you're biking or paddling to your destination.
I'm looking forward to purchasing their insect netting this spring. I highly recommend the Roo.

Rated5out of5bypie32fromSolid purchase!I've owned the Roo for about a year now and it has been worth every penny. The packaging is compact and convenient which makes it easy to carry with me any time I'm outdoors, whether it be on a weekend camping trip or just a day at the park or to put up in the yard for some stargazing. Set up is incredibly easy and secure. It comfortably fits myself and another person for sitting or lying down in.

Rated5out of5byJohn HortonfromAwsome piece of kit!I love what the guys at kammock have to off, they are very inspiring and im looking forward to any future products from them. For now though this hammock is the best ive ever tried by miles. the material is like none I've ever felt and the weight to strength ratio must be amazing. easy set up in minutes, even the first time I tried it. Top marks!

Rated5out of5byDivigationfromBest Hammock Out ThereAt 6' 2" this hammock gives me the room I need. It is well proportioned to be the best tent for tall sleepers. It is exceptionally well made and the Kammock crew provide great support if you need it. They now have a great bug net and tarp for this guy and this works well with other companies netting and tarps as well. If you want a hammock that does not have integrated netting, this is the solution. ENO doesn't stack up in any way to this hammock.
