Rated5out of5byVanessafromMy Go-To Shoes!I bought these shoes about 8 months ago and have since retired them and now only use for the gym. But, I loved the feel so much when running (5k's and 10k's) that I purchased 2 more pairs. I've tried different shoes, but they honestly don't compare. They're light wight, flexible, comfortable and provide enough stability. Love love love them!!

Rated5out of5byWaveRiderFanfromGreat Running ShoeI'm an avid Mizuno Wave Rider fan. I had a pair of the Wave Rider 15 shoes, and I just wore out my Wave Rider 16 shoes (400+ miles with a lot of asphalt running). I loved running in these shoes. I have a really high arch, and these shoes are super supportive. I'm tempted to stock on this model!

Rated1out of5byCandacefromNot greatI LOVED the 15s. I didn't even think twice when it came time to buy new shoes. Bought the 16s and am just not happy with them at all. They are not comfortable to wear at all. I am so disappointed. The inner arch support in one shoe bothers me a lot. My feet cannot wait to get out of them.

Rated5out of5byTJ311fromBest Wave Rider Yet!I've been wearing the Mizuno Waveriders since the 11 model. Great shoe for me. I bought my first pair of Waverider 16's a few months ago and I love them. So comfortable and fit like a glove. This is their best model yet. I went ahead and ordered 3 more pairs since they're now hard to find in my size (since the 17's came out) I also tried out a pair of the 17's and did not care for the feel. Sent them back. I'm hoping my 4 pairs of 16's will keep me running until the 18's come out.

Rated5out of5bypeachpiefromI'm a convert...After a horrible bout of plantar fasciitis brought on my running in Nike 5s, I returned to running with trail shoes that had intense cushioning and support. Now that I'm back to normal, I was fit for these Mizuno shoes at my local store and have loved the fit and feel since August. The shoes are lightweight, provide adequate cushioning and support, and I love the roll from heel to toe. I haven't had a dedicated pair of shoes that are only for running in a long time, and while I do wish I could find something that could work double duty, I think having a shoe that fulfills its purpose well is worth it. Also, I have some funky toenails, and the added room in the top of the toe box never compresses them... happy feet here!

Rated3out of5bylauriefromdisappointed in the 16'sI bought the Wave Rider 15's and LOVED them. I used to wear Asics got a pair of Wave Rider 15's at the Buffalo Marathon Expo and immediately switched. I have worn them to the max. I bought the 16's and am very disappointed. I feel like the insole cusion is stiffer and aren't as comfortable. I ran my 1st marathon with them and couldn't wait to get them off. I wore them again for post marathon runs and just not completely happy with them and can't find the 15's anywhere. Now I feel like I am on the hunt again for new sneakers. very upset

Rated5out of5byJessiefromLOVEIm a fairly new runner and bought these because it was time to splurge on a good running shoe. I had heard the shoes make the difference but never found this true until I used Mizuno's shoe profiler and came up with these, this was after going through numerous amounts of fairly expensive sneakers. I put these on and did 3 miles on the first day, then turning back because I was unsure how they would break in, no blisters no soreness. The next day I did 9. I find I never really had to break them in. Now I have just over 100 miles put on them and I could not be happier. Thank you Mizuno!

Rated5out of5byrunnerssfromFavorite running shoe! This is my second pair of the wave rider 16. I absolutely love them! They last for a good 300+ miles and you don't need to break them in. Worth every penny!
