      I purchased this to take on a recent 2 day hike. I needed a lightweight layer to wear over a t-shirt that didn't take up too much space in my pack if I warmed up too much to wear it the entire time. It's perfect. It will be great when the weather cools as a layer under a warmer jacket.

      Yes, it will wear out quickly if you are using it for extraneous activities. However, I wear it daily to go to work, driving up to the mountains, hiking around or when travelling and I can't leave without it. The zipper pockets are practical, if it gets cold you can add a jacket...it's easy to wash and dries quickly, it's light. After one year I have decided to get a second one, by far my favorite hoodie.

      Great look and feel. Unfortunately, quality is less than desired. I picked up my nephew wearing his winter jacket and the front of the shirt is now snagged and chafed...looks like a cat attached it.

      If I had not needed to get on a plane to return to Sydney, I would have returned it to ask for a refund or exchange.
