Rated4out of5byOzark HikerfromLight and EffectiveI purchased this jacket for a summer traverse of the Presidential Range in New Hampshire. It is almost perfect for this use--very light, waterproof, and more breathable than the so-called breathable jackets I have previously used. I purchased the "large" since I wanted plenty of room for layering and even though my correct size is probably "medium", the jacket served the function well and the sleeve lenght was perfect. My only complaint is that I had difficulty adjusting the hood so that the front did not slip down over my eyes. An adjustment in the back would seem to be proper for this otherwise high quality jacket.

Rated4out of5byNomNomfromCool weather jacketGot this jacket on the clearance rack. It was about 50% off. They only had it in a small and I usually wear a medium, but it fits well. I was in desperate need of a good rain jacket for a backpacking trip starting the next day. Because it was the end of the summer in CO (around Aspen) it got use every day. It kept me dry, but it wasn't all that breathable. This jacket works best in cooler conditions. I live in Illinois, so it is usually very humid in warmer months and the jacket sticks to the skin. I would value this jacket much more if it had 'pit-zips.
