The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.
REI Fleet Tights - Women'sis rated4.625out of5by8.
Rated4out of5byMelissa HfromComfy, but longI bought the medium, which fits great through the waist and hips. However, being 5'4", the legs are far too long for me, at least 3-4" worth. I am going to remove the leg zipper and hem them up, but I am annoyed that I have to do that.I usually buy capris for this reason, but capris won't cut it in winter. REI, make or offer long workout pants in short (and tall) lengths as well.
Otherwise, I really like the feel of these.

Rated4out of5byWhirlwind MelodyfromGood Quality Exercise TightsI have used these tights running, cycling, yoga, hiking, and as an under layer for snowboarding. The only time I didn't like these tights was hiking; rocks will tear the fabric up if you slide down something.
Other than that, I've loved these for being active. The fabric has held up well besides that one incidence with rocks. the back pocket is great, and they stay up while running. I do find them to be stretchy around the waist, but it hasn't been a problem as far as fit goes.
The gusset on these isn't quite where it needs to be, so they don't really fit as well as high-end tights do, but for the price comparison, I find this to be a minimal issue.
As far as warmth goes, if it's windy or the temperatures drop below 35ish, these get too cold for me if I'm not running hard.

Rated4out of5byAdventuring AmyfromWarm and comfortableI purchased the large because it fit me the best through the legs, but there is extra fabric around the waist area. I actually fold the top over like yoga pants in order for it to fit well in that section. That being said, everything else is great. They are warm, felxible, and comfortable. I wear them in the gym, and when I run outside in the winter.

Rated5out of5bykwikittifromTerrific tights! The fit is spot on! This Boomer finds the waist height is perfect. I'm 5'5" 120 pounds BMI 20 - I don't think i'm XS, but that's what I picked based on the measurement chart and it fits me to a T. I can even slide them on over a pair of long underwear for extra warmth. Thanks REI!

Rated5out of5byMonicaMaefromKept me warmI love these tights! In Minnesota it is important to have something that is both lightweight and warm. These kept my muscles warm during running. I also have warn them all day around the house because they are so comfortable!

Rated5out of5byAdRocfromFlat, comfortable waistband!I run every day on the trails and these tights are a welcome addition to my winter wardrobe. They are very soft and the seams are not itchy or stiff or bothersome in anyway. Perhaps the best part is the waistband, which is flat and doesn't squeeze me when I'm already breathing hard. They are durable (I don't dry them in the dryer and I wash them on gentle cycle in warm water) and will last me a long time. I am considering purchasing a second pair because they are so nice and the price is pretty awesome.

Rated5out of5byEmily CfromGreat for cold weather running AND everyI originally bought these so I'd have no excuse to stay in on cold Seattle days. They did the job well keeping me warm and comfortable. I recently moved to NYC and started Crossfit and figured I might as well try them out rather than buy new gear. They've performed surprisingly well! They wick moisture so well that even though I'm hot and sweaty they are still comfortable. They have no transparency issues like some exercise pants and they are holding up just fine to more variable training exercises.

Rated5out of5byskyydivafromGREAT tights for winter running!I purchased these tights to use for winter and early spring runinng outside. I run about five days a week, anywhere from a half hour to two hours during workouts. I had previously been using only UA tights (which I also love) but these are even better! Super comfortable, great wicking properties, and they keep me warm on cold winter days and early spring days (in the teens farenheit in winter). I also love that they have a small pocket in the back - just the right size for a car key and an ID. The zippers down by the ankles are nice too, so I don't have to fight with them getting them on or off, and if I get hot during a run, unzipping those helps to cool me off a a bit.
