The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about CamelBak Ultra LR Hydration Vest:
I primarily use this for my run in to work (~12 miles) and have found it really comfortable. Initially the sloshing water bladder was noticeable, but that fades as it reaches half capacity, and I didn't even feel the vest at the end of the run, even loaded with nicknacks (jacket, food, phone, sunblock, etc.)
The pack is super adjustable and a lot of the weight sits on the hips, with a really comfortable hip belt. The pockets work well for food, sun block, phone, etc. I was happy with how well it breathed, considering the amount of body area that the pack covers. Surprisingly well designed, with tucks and stow areas for most of the straps.
Only downside is that the bladder takes just a little more effort to load than a standard camelbak, but I'd say it's worth it for the weight not riding on your shoulders for 12 miles. This thing is tops.
